Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 48 hours. Less than 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment will be chargeable at the full fee. Missed appointments are chargeable at the full fee, as we are unable to offer the treatment slot to other patients with no notice. All booking deposits with less than 48hours notice are non-refundable.
