Ankita provides a range of services including osteopathy, medical acupuncture and mat pilates all from her clinics based in Beckenham and Weybridge. These methods assist with musculoskeletal conditions including neck pain, shoulder problems, sports injuries providing you with back pain relief. Ankita's first clinic was based in Beckenham and she has also now started up a second clinic providing osteopathy in Weybridge, so if you are suffering with back pain or any other muscular skeletal conditions she can help you alleviate your pain.

She strongly believes in a holistic and completely tailored approach to treatment. She is passionate about allowing patients to improve, understand and promote self-management of their conditions. She uses a variety of osteopathic techniques ranging from; soft tissue massage, joint manipulation and articulatory techniques including pain free joint movement and muscle energy techniques. She is also trained and practices dry needling techniques & Pilates

She enjoys working with patients of all ages, with lower back pain, sports injuries, neck and upper back conditions. Ankita specialises in pregnancy, postpartum care and C section recovery and rehab.
